The art of keeping it rolling
Being up to date with the many demands on our time with work, sports and daily life without losing ourselves while being active is still a huge task for all of us.
How quickly and how often do we just slip away with our thoughts, even if we dont want to?
Keeping it rolling in the Alexander Technique means, to keep to the point, more in the sense of living in the moment, being in contact with ourselves, with our environment and the activity were undertaking; doing whatever we are doing simply, with joy and interest.
